    Will my beneficiaries automatically be moved over to Commercial Banking Online?

    Corporate Online

    There are 3 reasons why your existing beneficiaries may not be automatically moved over to Commercial Banking Online, they are:

     

    1. A field is now mandatory on Commercial Banking Online. This field must be populated and saved for the beneficiary to be automatically moved to Commercial Banking Online 
    2. A populated field now has specific criteria e.g. sort codes must be 6 characters rather than the current format 
    3. Existing data may fail validation checks e.g. beneficiary sort code and account numbers must pass checks which ensure the account details are valid. 

     

    We have produced a guide for each beneficiary type which explains the changes you can make to ensure your beneficiaries are automatically moved over to Commercial Banking Online.

    Please ensure future beneficiaries meet the criteria outlined in the guides below.
