    What extra payment functionality will I get with Commercial Banking Online?

    • You will be able to make inter-account transfers (IATs) and Faster Payments at any time of the day or night, providing these have been approved

    • There will be improved payment status reporting
    • File importing will have more flexibility than before
    • Commercial Banking Online will be able to recognise the mandatory information required from international beneficiary banks when making payments.

    Will cut-off times for payments change?

    • Yes. One of the benefits of Commercial Banking Online is the processing of inter-account transfers (IATs) and Faster Payments at any time of the day or night, once these have been approved
    • Cut-off times for all other payments will remain the same.
