    Audit data

    When is the deadline?

You can download your audit data up to 6pm on the Friday before you move to Commercial Banking Online.

What happens if I miss the deadline?

You will not be able to access any audit data on your existing online banking channel once you have moved to Commercial Banking Online

    What you need to do

    • Download any audit data you will need once you have moved

Once you move to Commercial Banking Online, you will not be able to access your existing online banking channel. As a result, you may wish to download your audit data before your accounts move to Commercial Banking Online.

    How to do it

    Corporate Online

You must have administrator permissions in order to access audit data on Corporate Online. Once logged on as an administrator you can access the ‘audit log’ module which will allow you to search against all or specific users to establish when they have accessed a service and performed an activity. The log displays the date and time of access, user name, service accessed, IP address and description of activity.

    To download your audit data:

    1. Log in to Corporate Online and access the ‘audit logs
    2. Complete the relevant search fields and select ‘Find’. You can download a maximum of two years of data
    3. You can download to CSV, PDF or print the report.
