• Logging in for the first time

    What you need to do

    There are a number of steps you need to take within a limited time to complete your activation. We recommend that you watch the "How to log in to Commercial Banking Online" video below and log in as soon as you have access to Commercial Banking Online.

    Before you start, please have the following to hand:

    • username email with your username
    • activation email with your activation code (one-time password)
    • your new security card and PIN
    • a security card reader - do not connect this to your computer

    Follow the instructions below to create your Commercial Banking Online account:

     

    1. Watch the "How to log in to Commercial Banking Online" video
    2. Click on the link in your activation email or the Activate account button below
    3. Enter your username
    4. Enter your activation code (one-time password) in the password field and click Login
    5. Follow the on screen instructions to complete Authentication
    6. Create your own password
    7. Check your telephone number is correct or if blank, please enter your telephone number. Then click Create Password
    8. Create your Telephony PIN

    You will then be logged in to Commercial Banking Online.
