I want to view my messages

  • To keep you informed of any updates or issues affecting your service we will send messages to your Commercial Banking Online inbox.

    1. The number of unread messages in your inbox will be displayed next to Mailbox Icon in the Commercial Banking Online header.


    2. Click Mailbox Icon to display your Commercial Banking Online inbox.



    3. Your Commercial Banking Online inbox is where you can view all your messages. Unread messages are displayed at the top, followed by most recent first, followed by high priority messages. If your inbox is empty, a message stating that you have no messages to view is displayed.

    Be sure to check your inbox regularly for any new messages.

    If you are sent a high priority message that requires your immediate attention you'll automatically be directed to it next time you log in.


    Once you've read a high priority message, tick the box to acknowledge that you have read the message and click Continue to display your Commercial Banking online homepage.

    If you are sent a high priority message while logged in the message wlll appear in your inbox as normal.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
