My Telephony PIN's been locked

  • If your Telephony PIN has been locked, it may be because you gave us the wrong digits of your Telephony PIN too many times.

Please contact your Administrator and ask them to reset your Telephony PIN. If you are a Primary Administrator, please complete the Credentials Reset form, available from the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk.

Once either the Bank or a Primary Administrator has confirmed your identity, your Telephony PIN will be reset and you will be notified that you can create a new Telephony PIN the next time you log on to Commercial Banking Online. Do not share your new PIN with anyone.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
