My Security card doesn't work

  • If you can, check your Security card on another card reader to make sure that the problem is with the card. 

    If you are sure that your Security card is damaged and no longer works, please contact your Administrator to order a replacement Security card.

    If you are a Primary Administrator, either contact another Primary Administrator or contact the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk to order a replacement Security card.

     

     

    Security Card Renewal

    • Security cards are valid for three years
    • Renewal security cards are generated automatically when approaching the expiry date
    • Renewal cards are automatically activated when the user logs in with them for the first time. Please note that previous card will no  longer be valid once the renewal card is used for login and should be destroyed
    • Renewal cards are chargeable in line with the standard tariffs
