I've forgotten my Security card PIN

  • Please contact your Administrator to order a replacement Security card PIN.

    If you are a Primary Administrator you will need to contact the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk to order a replacement Security card PIN.

    Once we or your Administrator have confirmed your identity, a new Security card PIN will be sent to you. If you are based in the UK, please activate your new PIN at any Lloyds Bank or Bank of Scotland Cashpoint®. 

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
