I want to reset my Telephony PIN

  • If you have forgotten your Telephony PIN or suspect that it has been compromised you will need to contact your Administrator to reset your PIN.

    If you are a Primary Administrator and need a Telephony PIN reset, please contact another Primary Administrator. Alternatively, contact the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk on 0808 202 1390.

    Your Administrator or the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk will manage the reset of your Telephony PIN to ensure that no-one else can use your old PIN. Once this has been done, you will be notified that you can create a new Telephony PIN the next time you log on to Commercial Banking Online.

    1. Log in to Commercial Banking Online, as normal.
    2. On the Change your Telephony PIN screen, enter and confirm your new Telephony PIN, this can’t be the same as your previous Telephony PIN.

    3. Click Change Telephony PIN.
    4. A message is displayed to confirm you’ve successfully created your Telephony PIN. Click OK to close the message and complete your login.
