I want to change my Telephony PIN

  • Your Telephony PIN helps us identify you if you ever need to call the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk. We use it to confirm your identity and cannot help you by phone without one.

    You can change your Telephony PIN whenever you want. We recommend that you change your Telephony PIN regularly to ensure your access to the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk stays secure.

    1. Click on the arrow next to your name in the top right of Commercial Banking Online and select Your details.
    2. Click Change Telephony PIN to enter and confirm your new Telephony PIN.
      If your Telephony PIN is currently locked, a message will be displayed advising you that you will be unable to change it. Please contact your Administrator to reset your Telephony PIN. If you are a Primary Administrator, please contact another Administrator to reset your PIN. Alternatively, complete the Credentials Reset form, available from the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk.
    3. On the Change your Telephony PIN screen, enter your current Telephony PIN.  
    4. Enter and confirm your new Telephony PIN, this can’t be the same as your previous Telephony PIN.
    5. Click Change Telephony PIN.
    6. A message is displayed to confirm you’ve successfully changed your Telephony PIN. Click OK to close the message.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
