I want to change my password

  • Your password helps keep your Commercial Banking Online user account secure. We use it as one of the ways to identify you whenever you log in. You should change your password regularly as it will periodically expire according to your organisation’s service settings. We will remind you whenever your password needs to change.

If you don’t change your password and it expires your Commercial Banking Online user account will be locked and you’ll need to contact your Administrator to unlock it. If you’re a Primary Administrator, you will need to call the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk.

    1. If your password is due to expire shortly and you’re logging in to Commercial Banking Online, a message is displayed on-screen after you enter your login details, asking if you want to change your password now. Click Change password to change your password.

If your password is not due to expire but you want to change it to something different while already logged in to Commercial Banking Online, click on the arrow next to your name in the top right of Commercial Banking Online and select Your details. The Your details screen is displayed.
