What are the available security device statuses?

  • The current condition of a user’s Commercial Banking Online Security card is indicated by their Security device status. The status determines whether the user can use the card.

Security cards with an Awaiting activation status have been sent to the user but are yet to be activated. The status will change to Active once a user has successfully logged in with the card. Users with an Administrative role can cancel or suspend a Security card with an Awaiting activation status.
