What are the available payment reports?

  • If you have an appropriate payments and cash management role, you can create payment reports that allow you to monitor your organisation’s payment activity in Commercial Banking Online.

    If you want to view payment activity that’s more than a year old but less than five years’ old, you need to create the ‘archive’ versions of these reports.

    If you want to view payment activity that’s more than five years’ old, please call the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk. Please have your Telephony PIN ready when you call so we can verify your identity.


    Import Summary Report

    The Import Summary Report gives you a list of files that have been imported to create payments or templates and summarises the totals of the items submitted, accepted, and rejected, plus the total number of errors generated.

    Bacs/faster Payment - Payment Audit Trail Report

    The Bacs / Faster Payment – Payment Audit Trail Report gives you details about the Bacs / Faster Payments made in Commercial Banking Online, including their status, and when they were entered, approved, released, received and confirmed.

    The Payment Audit Trail (excluding Bacs / Faster Payment) Report gives you details about all the payments made in Commercial Banking Online that are not Bacs or Faster Payments, including the payment type and status.

    The Beneficiary Library Import Summary Report gives you details about all the beneficiary files that have been submitted in Commercial Banking Online, including detail about the number of entries in each file that were submitted, accepted, rejected or caused an error.

    The Archive Consolidated Payment Summary Report gives you a summary of all payments made in Commercial Banking Online that are between 13 months and 5 years old, including the type of payment, the payment status, the beneficiary and the amount.
