What are the available audit reports?

  • If you have an Audit Role, you can create audit reports that allow you to monitor how your organisation’s Commercial Banking Online service is being used. 

    F&S icon For your security and to help protect against fraud, it is recommended that you routinely check activity over the last 30 days, to ensure that no unauthorised changes have been made.


    User history report

    The user update report shows what actions have been taken on users, either by other users or by the system, within a selected date range.

    You can only create the user update history report on your Audit reports page, by clicking Run report under User update history.

    Actions on a user report

    The actions on a user report shows what actions have been taken by a user on themselves or other users, within a selected date range.

    You can only create the actions on a user report on your Audit reports page, by clicking Run report under Actions on a user.

    User status report

    The user status report shows what actions have triggered a change of status in users, within a selected date range.

    You can only create the user status report on your Audit reports page, by clicking Run report under User status.

    Security device report

    The Security device report shows those actions that have involved a Security card, reader or PIN, within a selected date range.
