I want to create a Security device report

  • If you have an Audit Role, you can create audit reports that allow you to monitor how your organisation’s Commercial Banking Online service is being used. The Security device report shows those actions that have involved a Security card, reader or PIN, within a selected date range. Actions taken by the Bank will not appear in your Security device report.

    1. On your Audit reports page, click Run report under Security devices to start creating the report. The Report requirements screen is displayed.
    2. Select the date range you want to use for the report. If you select Custom, select the earliest and latest dates for the report by clicking Calendar icon(1) and selecting the dates required.
The From and to dates should be less than or equal to today’s date. The to date must be equal to or greater than the From date. The From date cannot be more than two years prior to today’s date.

For your security and to help protect against fraud, it is recommended that you routinely check activity over the last 30 days, to ensure that no unauthorised changes have been made.

    3. If your organisation has defined administrative groups for their Commercial Banking Online service, select the administrative group to which the user belongs.
    4. Select the specific audit event category in which you are interested. You can select more than one event or, if you’re interested in all audit events, select All.
    5. Select which Security device statuses you want to include in the report. You can select more than one status.
    6. Select whether you want the details of the report sorted by the Security device’s status or audit event name.
    7. Click Run report. The report is generated and displayed, based on the selections you’ve made.
      • To export the report as a PDF file, click Export as PDF. Use your browser’s save options to save the file to a suitable location on your computer.
      • To export the report as an XLS file, click Export as XLS. Use your browser’s save options to save the file to a suitable location on your computer.
      • To print the report, click Print report. Use your browser’s print options to print out the report.
