Submit the payment for approval

  • Once you have created a payment and are ready to submit the payment for approval, click Submit. A message confirming the payment has been submitted is displayed. If you have auto-approval for your payments you will need to authenticate after you click Submit.


    If you have submitted multiple quick entry payments for approval at the same time, click + to view the summary of a specific payment.

    For your security, when you have multiple payments, you should review and check the beneficiary details of each payment before the batch is approved. 

    The payments you create will have a status of Entered until they are approved for processing.

    If you want to:

    • print out the details of the payment as a payment detail report, click Print details
    • create another payment, click Create another payment
    • display the Manage payments screen by clicking Manage payments.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
