I want to create a payment template

  • Use payment templates to create your organisation’s common or regular payments quickly and effectively. If you’re a user with a Payments and cash management role, you can create payment templates from scratch or base a new payment template on an existing payment or template. Once a payment template has been created, it must be approved before it can be used to create payments.

If you find you cannot create the payment template you want, you may not have the appropriate Payments and cash management roles assigned to you. Please contact your Administrator for more help.

    Protect your payments:

    • Fraudsters can plant malicious software on unprotected IT systems which allows them to make payments without your knowledge.
    • Make sure that your IT department or external IT provider has installed and maintains software to protect against viruses, spyware, and adware.
    • Run frequent scans to identify and remove malicious software.
    • Make sure that all software is up to date. Most software updates, such as Office, Flash, Acrobat, include security enhancements.
    • Check the beneficiary account details for each payment, even if you are using an existing payment or template.
    • We strongly recommend dual approval of all payments, and separate approval by another user of changes to the beneficiary record.
