I want to create a payment template group

  • Payment template groups are sets of payment templates that allow you to organise your organisation’s common or regular payments more efficiently through quick entry payments.

    1. On your Payments and cash management page, select Payment templates > Payment template group to display the Payment template group screen.

    2. Click Add to enter the Payment template group’s details.

    3. Enter the Payment template group’s name.
The name can be up to 32 characters long, with no special characters.
    4. Click Add templates to bring up the Add templates window screen and select your search criteria from the drop-down list at the top of the screen.

    5. Enter the search term you’re looking for.
    6. If you want to enter more than one search term, click Add more.
    7. Once you’ve entered all your search terms, click Search. Everything that matches the search term you entered will be displayed.

If nothing matches the search terms you entered or you can’t see what you want in the search results, click Clear filter and try another search.
    8. Once you see a template you want to add to the group, tick the template’s row.
    9. Once you have selected all the templates you want to add to the group, click Use selected items to return to the Payment template group screen where the selected templates will be listed.
    10. When you’ve selected all the templates you want to add to the group click Save to save the group.
    11. A message confirming that the group has been saved is displayed.

    12. Click Close to close the message and return to the Payment template group screen.
