I want to export my Balance & Transaction information in CSV

    • Download your Balance & Transaction information in CSV from Commercial Banking Online. In CBO there are 2 options for downloading information in CSV; balance & transactions, or just transactions.
    CSV export screen
    1. Navigate to the Download Data Export page using the following path
      Manage Payment>Manage Reports>Download Data Export.
    2. Select Create Export at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Select CSV (Balance & Transaction) or CSV (Transactions Only) in the Export type dropdown.
    4. Enter a File name for the Export file.
    5. Choose the Date Range for the report to cover.
      To search for specific dates select Date range and enter the Start and End dates of the period you wish to cover.
    6. Select the accounts that you want to run the report for.
      You can select:
      • All items – To export the CSV information for all accounts that you have access to.
      • Include Items – To select accounts that you want to export the CSV information for by ticking the box against that Account.
      • Exclude Items – To exclude accounts from the CSV export by ticking the box against that Account.
       
    7. Click Create Export to run the CSV export. You will get a message to say that the CSV Export Request has been submitted.
    8. Return to the Download Data Export screen to see your report, click on the Down arrow next to the reports name to either view details about the report or Download the report to your computer.

    Data headings:

    Post Date (DD/MM/YYYY)
    Account Number (includes currency code, e.g. 300001-00000001 GBP)
    Account Name
    Type
    Amount
    Customer Reference
    Transaction Detail
    Balance (a running balance of all entries in the file)
