I can’t add, modify or delete a beneficiary

  • Your ability to create modify and delete a beneficiary in Commercial Banking Online depends on the payments and cash management roles currently assigned to you.

    If you believe you don’t have the correct payments and cash management role assigned to you, please contact your Administrator for more help. They will be able to assign you the roles you need to complete the appropriate actions in Commercial Banking Online.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
