What are the available alerts?

  • The following types of alerts can be created and sent to users by email in Commercial Banking Online:


    Payments alerts

    Approver Rejected Payments - This alert can be sent whenever a payment is rejected during the approval process. 

    Payment Processed- This alert can be sent whenever a payment is successfully processed. 

    Payments Awaiting Approval- This alert can be sent whenever a payment is awaiting approval.

    Payments Needing Rate- This alert can be sent whenever a payment needs a foreign exchange rate.

    Payments Rejected Today- This alert can be sent whenever a payment is rejected during processing by the Bank.

    Beneficiary Library Maintenance - This alert can be sent whenever a record in the Beneficiary Library is created, approved or modified.

    Information reporting alerts

    Closing Ledger Balance - This alert can be sent whenever an account’s ledger balance matches the filters you set for the alert. A ledger balance excludes any transactions that haven’t cleared on the account during the business day.

    Closing Cleared BalanceThis alert can be sent whenever an account’s closing available balance matches the filters you set for the alert. An available balance includes any transactions that haven’t cleared on the account during the business day.

    Role - This alert can be sent whenever a Role is created, approved or modified.
