I want to modify an alert

    1. If you have a payments and cash management Role with the correct entitlements go to your Manage payments page and select Alerts to display the Alert Settings screen.

      If you’re a Primary Administrator and want to modify a Role alert go to your Administration page and select Manage roles > Role alerts to display the Role Alerts screen.

      Any existing alerts you have are listed so you can manage your existing alerts to ensure you only receive those alerts you’re interested in.
    2. Click Down arrow in the alert’s row and select Modify from the pop-up menu displayed.

      Alternatively, double click on the alert’s row to display its details, then click Modify.
    3. Change the alert’s details as required.
    4. When you’re ready, click Save.
