I want to request a new email address verification code

  • If you change your email address in Commercial Banking Online, you have to verify it using a one-time verification code, before the address is saved as your registered Commercial Banking Online email.

    Log in to Commercial Banking Online, as normal. After you have authenticated your identity, the Verify your email address screen is displayed.

    Click Request a new verification code in the Verify your email address screen to have a new code sent to you. A message is displayed to confirm that a new code has been sent.

    Click OK or Small x (close) to close the message.
