I want to edit my details

  • You should edit your details in Commercial Banking Online if your circumstances change.

    If you need to change your Roles or entitlements in Commercial Banking Online, you will need to contact an Administrator so they can make the changes for you.

    1. View your details.
    2. Click Edit. Your current details are displayed on the Change your details screen. There will be some details that you cannot edit, these will be greyed out.
    3. If your name has changed, edit your title, first and last name, as required.If you are a Primary Administrator and your name has changed, please contact your Client or Relationship Manager.  
    4. If your business address has changed you will need to contact an Administrator to make the changes for you. If you are an Administrator you should contact your Primary Administrator. If you are a Primary Administrator you should contact the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk.
    5. If your contact phone number has changed, enter the new detail we can use to call you if we need to get in touch with you.If you are entering an international number, make sure you include the country and area codes.
    6. If you want to use a different email address, enter and confirm your new email address. Please ensure this email address is not already in use in your organisation. All emails from Commercial Banking Online to you will be sent to your new email address, once you have verified it. Ensure the address is valid, regularly used for work and is not a group email address
    7. When you’ve made all the necessary changes, click Change your details
    8. Check the changes you’ve made to ensure you’ve entered everything correctly. If you want to change something, click Back to go back and make the additional changes you want.
    9. When you’re ready to save your changes, click Confirm and save your details to authenticate and confirm your details.

    Once you’ve authenticated the changes, a message is displayed confirming the changes you’ve made have been saved. To return to your Commercial Banking Online home page, click Return to your homepage.

    If you changed your email address, you will need to verify your new email address with the notification we sent to you the next time you log in.
