I can't verify my new email address

  • There are a number of reasons why your verification code may not work. For example, you may have entered the code incorrectly too many times.

First, check your verification code and make sure you are entering it correctly. If you enter the verification code incorrectly too many times, the code will be locked and a message will be displayed, telling you that you now need a new verification code.

    If you have:

    • lost your verification code
    • entered your existing verification code incorrectly too many times
    • entered the code correctly but still cannot verify your new email address

Click Request a new verification code in the Verify your email address screen to have a new code sent to you. Enter the new verification code to verify your new email address the next time you log in to Commercial Banking Online

If you’ve already requested a new verification code and still can’t verify your new email address, please contact your Administrator for more help.

If you are a Primary Administrator, please call the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk for more help.
