I can't see my notifications or quick actions

  • First, try maximising your bars by clicking Left arrow (black)  in the top left of each bar. Each bar should maximise to show a short description of each Quick action or notification.

    Next, check whether your Internet connection is still working.

    Next, check whether this is a temporary issue. Try logging out of Commercial Banking Online and logging back in. Check your notifications and Quick actions to see if they’ve now updated.

    Next, check our Service messages page for any known Commercial Banking Online service issues that have been reported. 

    If no issues have been reported, please contact your Administrator for more help.  They will be able to get in touch with us to confirm whether there are currently any problems with Commercial Banking Online that may be affecting you, or whether these are with your own internal systems.
