My Commercial Banking Online user account has been locked

  • Your Commercial Banking Online user account has been locked to protect your security. There are a number of reasons why your online user account may have been locked. For example, you may have entered your login details incorrectly or you attempted to authenticate your login incorrectly.

    To find out why your online user account has been locked, please contact your Administrator for more help.

    If you are a Primary Administrator and haven’t activated your Commercial Banking Online user account yet, please contact your Client Management representative for more help.

    If you are a Primary Administrator and have been locked out of a user account that has been activated, please call the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk on telephone number 0808 202 1390.

     

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
