Upload or Download

  • The upload/download section will include one download screen which will have the End of Day Debit Decision outcomes. This is a CSV file with details about the cheques and decisions made. This file is generated at the end of the processing day and reflects the final position of all items decisioned or where a default decision was applied.

    To download the file:

    1. Select the file you wish by clicking on the corresponding button
    2. Click ‘Download Selected’ and the file will download in CSV format

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
