I can't find the workflow item I'm looking for

  • If you’ve tried searching for the workflow item and nothing matches the search terms you entered or you can’t see what you want in the search results, click Search again to try another search. Try entering fewer search terms to get more search results. 

    Alternatively, try a wildcard search. Enter at least three characters of the term you are looking for and use the symbol * to replace parts of the term. For example Mo*, *M1*, M*o.

    If you use a wildcard search, the search results will be limited to a maximum of 100.

    If you still can’t find the workflow item you’re looking for, check with the other Administrators of your organisation’s Commercial Banking Online service to confirm that the workflow item has not been approved, rejected or cancelled by someone else.
