What are administrative groups?

  • An administrative group can be a corporation, company, division or department, depending on what your organisation needs to give different users access to. An administrative group gives a user access to only information belonging to that group.

Your administrative groups are defined when your organisation completes the Commercial Banking Online application form. You can only change your organisation’s administrative groups by completing a Commercial Banking Online amendment form, available from your Client or Relationship Manager.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
