Statement Role

  • When modifying the Statement Role you should:

    • Ensure it meets the requirements of your organisation.
    • Control the accounts the Role can run reports for by setting the Data Permissions in the Information Reporting tab.

      If the Role needs to have access to all accounts, select All. You can choose the accounts that the Role has access to by using Select which will open a new window.

    • Tick the boxes next to the accounts that you want to grant access to and click Select to move it to the Selected Accounts box. You can remove a selected account by ticking the box next to them and click Deselect.
    • Control which information reporting reports the Role can run by setting the Role’s entitlements in the Information Reporting tab. Click Arrow icon(1) next to Reports to expand the Reports section then click Arrow icon(1) next to Current Day, Historic and Archive to display the full list of reports available. Tick the box next to the reports you want to grant access to.

    • Control in which formats the Role can export data by setting the Role’s entitlements in the Information Reporting tab. Click Arrow icon(1) next to Data Export to expand the Data Export section. Tick the boxes next to the download formats you want to grant access to.
    • Control the information reporting alerts the Role can create by setting the Role’s entitlements in the Information Reporting tab. Click Arrow icon(1) next to Alerts to expand the Alerts section. Tick the boxes next to the alerts you want users with the Role to be able to create.
