I want to modify a Role

  • Before modifying Roles you should be aware that your changes will affect all users who are assigned with that Role. You can modify Roles with an Entered or Approved status. These changes will take effect the next time users with this Role log in.

    1. On your Administration page, select Manage roles to display your organisation’s existing Roles.

    2. Click Down arrow in the Role’s row and select Modify from the pop-up menu displayed.

      Alternatively, click on the Role’s row to display its details, then click Modify.
    3. Change the Role's details and entitlements as required.
    4. When you’re ready, click Save to save the Role.
    5. Approve the Role.
