I can't find a Role

  • First, check whether you’ve applied a roles list view to the Role Maintenance screen. Try selecting a different list view in the top right of the Role Maintenance screen.

    Next, check whether you have any filters applied to your Roles list to see if they’re restricting which Roles are displayed. Try removing all filters by clicking Clear Filter.

    Alternatively, check with another Administrator to see if they can find the Role on their Role Maintenance screen. If they can find the Role and you can’t, you may not have the appropriate permissions assigned to you to see that Role.

    If you’ve checked your list view and filters and you should be able to see the Role, If  you still can't please contact the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk.
