I can't create or modify a Role

  • First, check with another Administrator to see if they can create or modify a Role on their Role Maintenance screen. If they can create or modify the Role and you can’t, you may not have the appropriate Role assigned to you to take action on payments and cash management Roles.

    If you believe you should be able to create or modify Roles, please contact your Primary Administrator. If you are a Primary Administrator, please contact the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk
