Information Reporting tab

  • The information Reporting Tab allows you to grant a Role entitlements to run and view reports, download reports in a variety of formats and to set-up and receive alerts regarding Balances.

    Data Permissions

    Directly under the Information Reporting tab are a set of radio buttons for Data Permissions, these control the accounts the Role can run Reports for. By default, the All radio button is selected, indicating that the Role has access to all accounts. If the Role should not be able to access any of the accounts/ templates then select None. You can choose the accounts that the Role has access to by using Select which will open in a new window. 


    Tick the box next to the accounts that you want the Role to run reports for and click Select to move it to the Selected Accounts box. You can remove a selected account by ticking the box next to them and click Deselect.

    Reports

    This section allows you to grant a Role the entitlements to run and view Reports.

    Data export

    Grant entitlement to allow a Role to download reports in Quickbooks, Quicken and the BAI format.

    Alerts

    Allows the Role to set up information reporting alerts. These alerts generate when either the Closing Cleared Balance or Closing Ledger Balance match a specific criteria. For more information about Alerts, please see our Alerts section.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
