Admin tab

  • The admin tab allows you to select the Administration entitlements that you would like to grant to a Role. You are also able to allow a Role access to the Beneficiary Library under the Setup section of this tab.

    Roles

    Grant entitlements to a Role so that it can Add (Create), Copy, Modify, Delete, Restore and Approve Roles.

    Assign Accounts to Client ID

    Allows you to allocate accounts in the child parent structure of your organisation.

    Setup

    Within Setup you’ll have the ability to grant the Role entitlements to the following subcategories:

    Email Setup
    Grant the role the ability to add or delete Email Recipients, Email recipient group setting and Email Recipient Group assignments. You can find more information about Email Recipients and Email recipient groups in our Alert Settings section of the Support Centre.

    Beneficiary Library
    Grant the Role entitlements to add, modify approve, delete and view entries in the Beneficiary Library.

    Maintain Preferences
    Grant the Role entitlements to Rename accounts and use alternative currency settings.

    Reports

    Grant entitlements for a Role to run and view administrative reports.
