Agency Portal Roles Described

  • The matrix below explains the user roles that can be assigned and the Portal functionality that users with each access type will have. If a user is assigned permissions that do not grant access to a particular screen, that screen will not be accessible by that user.

Users can only have one role. Please note that while the Super User and Combined Processing Role have the ability to make a pay decision or approve, they still can’t make a pay decision and approve their own decision, it has to be one or the other. For example, if they make a decision then another user would need to approve it, and if another user made a pay decision then they could approve this.

If 4 eye approval isn’t enabled then there is nothing to approve and the Decisioner user’s decision is final.
