I can't find the panel profile I'm looking for

  • First, check whether you have any filters applied to your panel profiles list on the Panel Profile screen to see if they’re restricting which panel profiles are displayed. Try changing the filters you’ve applied or to remove all filters by clicking Clear Filter.

    Next, check with another Administrator to see if they can find the panel profile on their Panel Profile screen. If they can find the panel profile and you can’t, you may not have the appropriate Role assigned to you to see that panel profile.

    If you’ve checked your filters and you should be able to see the panel profile, please contact your Primary Administrator. If you are a Primary Administrator, please contact the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk.
