Approvers can't see the payments they need to approve

  • First, check the payments and cash management Roles is assigned to the user to ensure they have the appropriate Role entitlements to view all the kinds of payments that they need to approve.

Next, check the approver type assigned to the user. If the approver type assigned to the user does not currently belong to any of your organisation’s panels, they will not see any payments for approval.

Next, check whether the panels that the user belongs to have a fixed approval sequence. If the approval sequence for the panel is fixed, it may be that the user is not seeing payments for approval because those payments are being rejected by other members of the panel before they get to view them.

Finally, check the panel profile assignments for the panels that the user belongs to. If the payments being created for approval do not match the types of payment and payment entry methods assigned to the panels that the user belongs to, they will not see any payments for approval.

If you have checked the user’s Role, approver type, panel profiles and panel profile assignments and believe the user should be able to view the payments created for approval, please contact your Primary Administrator, If you are a Primary Administrator, please contact the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk.
