I want to view my organisation's service details

  • View a summary of your organisation’s current service settings, the contact details we have for your organisation and your service invoice details in Commercial Banking Online. 

    On your Administration page, select Client summary > View client details to display your Client summary. Your organisation’s Commercial Banking Online service settings are displayed on the left side of the summary. 

    Your organisation’s service contact and invoice details are displayed on the right side of the summary. If you see anything you think needs to change about your organisation’s service settings or contact details, you can edit them using a Commercial Banking Online Amendment form, available from your Client Manager. 

    If you see anything you think needs to change about your service invoice details, you can edit them in Commercial Banking Online.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
