I want to edit my service invoice details

  • To amend your charging invoice account

    On your Administration page,select Client Summary > View Client details, click on Edit at bottom right of screen,make changes to account details,then Confirm.
    Once edited It will take up to 7 working days for the changes to take effect therefore details shown may not be the latest.

     
    The sort code and account number selected are for Commercial Banking Online service related fees only, e.g. monthly fee, security device orders

     

     To Edit invoice details

    1. On your Administration page, select Client summary > View client details to display your Client summary.
    2. Click Edit to display the Edit invoice details screen. 
    3. Change the invoice contact’s name and job title, as required.
      This is the person responsible for invoice payment in your organisation.
    4. Change the invoice address as required.
      This address is displayed on all invoices and is used to verify your organisation’s payment details. Ensure this is a valid business address and that the person responsible for invoice payment will safely receive any mail sent there. The Line 1, Line 2, Town or City, Postcode and Country fields are mandatory.
    5. When you’ve made all of the changes required, click Next.
    6. Check the changes you’ve made to ensure you’ve entered everything correctly. If you want to change something, click Back to go back and make the additional changes you want.
    7. When you’re ready to save the changes you’ve made, click Confirm to authenticate and confirm the service invoice changes.
      Once you've authenticated the changes, a message is displayed, confirming the changes have been saved.
      If your organisation has single administration your changes will be effective immediately.
      If you have dual administration your changes will require approval from another Primary Administrator.

      For your security, we recommend dual administration where possible.

      An email is automatically sent to your organisation’s Primary Contact to tell them your Commercial Banking Online service invoice details have changed.

      • return to your home page, click Return to your home page
