I'm not receiving my alerts

  • First, check your alert settings on the Alert Settings or Role Alerts screen to make sure the alerts you’re expecting have been created correctly. If you have a lot of alerts set up and want to find one alert that you’re not receiving, use filters or list views to find them on the Alert Settings or Role Alerts screen.

Next, check your email’s Spam and Junk folders to see if your alerts are there. You may need to change your email settings to ensure that your alerts are safely received in your inbox.

Finally, check your registered Commercial Banking Online email address to make sure your alerts are going to the email address you’re expecting. If you’ve recently changed your business email address, you can update your details in Commercial Banking Online. You will need to verify your new email address before your alerts will be sent to that address.

If you have checked all of the above and are still not receiving your alerts, please contact your Administrator for more help.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
