I can't find an alert I'm looking for

  • First, check whether you’ve applied a list view to the Alert Settings or Role Alerts screen. Try selecting a different list view in the top right of the Alert Settings or Role Alerts screen.

    Next, check whether you have any filters applied to your alerts list to see if they’re restricting which alerts are displayed. Try removing all filters by clicking Clear Filter.

    If you’ve checked your list view and filters and you still can’t see the alert on the Alert Settings or Role Alerts screen, you may not have the appropriate Role assigned to you to see that alert. Please contact your Administrator for more help.
