Use the balance graph

  • The balance graph shows the account group’s total and individual account balances, displayed by account number, in a bar chart format.

    Accounts and balances summary

    • The first bar on the graph represents the total balance for the account group as a whole. The total balance for the account group created by you for Commercial Banking Online will not be available if you have more than 100 accounts.
    • Subsequent bars represent the balance for each featured account and then for each individual account.
    • The bars above the line on the graph represent those accounts in the group with positive balances.
    • The bars below the line on the graph represent those accounts in the group with negative balances.

To scroll through the graph and see those account balances not currently displayed on-screen, use the Left arrow and Right arrow buttons to scroll left and right.

To zoom in or out of the balances graph, use the zoom in the top right of the graph.

    Zoom

Click the Plus zoom and Minus zoom buttons in the top right of the graph to zoom x2, x4 or x8, or click a Resize zoom to resize the graph.

To display an account summary for one of the accounts in the graph, place your cursor over the relevant account balance bar.
