I want to view an accounts and balances summary

  • An Accounts and balances summary provides you with an overview of how a selected group of accounts is performing, so you can quickly see what actions need to be taken to effectively manage them.

Create your own Accounts and balances summaries to monitor those accounts in which you have a particular interest in or responsibility for. Alternatively, you can display the default Accounts and balances summary, which shows up to the first 100 accounts your organisation has registered in Commercial Banking Online.

If you see anything in an Accounts and balances summary you want to change, for example, which summary sections are shown or which accounts are included in the summary, you can edit the summary. You can also take action on an account balance to transfer funds or create a payment.

If you find you can’t view an Accounts and balances summary, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management roles assigned to you. Please contact your Administrator for more help.

Calls may be monitored or recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help improve our quality of service.
