- Click Manage Columns to display the Manage Columns screen.
- Tick the box next to the name of each column you want to see.
- Untick the box next to the next of each column you don’t want to see.
- When you’re happy, click Save to see your changes in the accounts list.
If you decide you don’t want to proceed with your changes, click Close.
To change the order in which the columns appear, click on the name of a column you want to move and while holding down your left mouse button, drag the column to where you want it to appear in the accounts list before releasing your mouse button.
To sort the account data that appears in a column, click on the column’s name. An arrow icon
will be displayed next to the column’s name to indicate the sort order.
If you’ve tried changing what’s shown on your Bank Account Summary screen but still can’t find the accounts you’re looking for, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management Roles assigned to you. Please contact your Administrator for more help.
