I want to apply a filter to a transaction list

  • You can change which transactions are displayed on your Transaction Details screen by applying a filter.

    To apply a quick filter to a transaction list:

    1. Click Down arrow in the top left.
    2. Select the field you want to filter on. 
    3. Enter the filter value in the field now displayed.
    4. Click Search to apply the filter to the Transaction Details screen
    5. Select Clear Filter before applying another filter.

    6. Click Search to apply the filter to the transactions list.

    If you want to remove any filter you’ve applied to the Transaction Details screen, click Clear Filter.

    If you’ve tried changing what’s shown on your Transaction Details screen but still can’t find the transaction you’re looking for, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management Roles assigned to you. Please contact your Administrator for more help.
